Michael Penny is a US Marine Veteran of 8 years. He is the founder and creator of 5 Paragraph, which is a military management method for the modern day workforce. Michael is author of “5 Paragraph Business Plan: The Action Oriented Business Management Tool for Leaders,” and has delivered a TED x Raleigh Talk entitled, “What’s You’re IED.”

In this episode Michael explains how the military operations order format is adaptable to civilian businesses and provides a workable model that can improve your company’s efficiency and employee buy in. Michael also weighs in on Some of the issues of our time and the America that he fought for.
