Last week, we covered marketing channels, HOW we reach our sources of business. This week we will discuss time management. The business of Real estate can be consuming, fielding calls at all hours, showings on weekends and evenings. To be successful, does it require no family or social life? Absolutely not! In this session, Tony Geraci and I will talk about managing your calendar and time blocking to create more structure AND more freedom. Isn’t one of the benefits of real estate supposed to be freedom of time, being your own boss? We’ll talk about how to make that a reality.
